Annual Cleaning and Burner Tune-Up Service Covers:

• Vacuum Boiler or furnace, smoke pipe, and base of chimney (where accessible)
• Replace Burner nozzle
• Clean or replace strainer
• Replace oil filter cartridge
• Flush out low water cut-off
• Clean all electrodes
• Oil and grease circulating pump
• Lubricate fan motor
• Oil and grease all moving parts of the burner
• Check and adjust all controls
• Inspect combustion chamber and drain expansion tank

Repair or Replacement Parts:

This plan includes the repair and/or replacement of parts which become defective due to normal wear. The obligation of FERRELL FUEL COMPANY to repair or replace parts is subject to availability of such parts from its normal supply source. Receive a 10% discount below our list price on all repair or replacement parts, with a maximum cumulative allowance of $850 per heating season. Any parts exceeding the $850 limit will be billed to the customer.

Labor:

This plan includes FREE LABOR on all work covered under the plan during the period that policy is in effect.

The annual cleaning performed under this plan will be done during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
